It’s fantastic that you have decided to start blogging and even better that you are using WordPress.
But do yourself a big favour before you get to far and integrate the blog into your main website rather than hosting it with WordPress.
The blog will naturally attract lots of search traffic and develop what we call “Google juice”, which your website (that you invested lots of money in) won’t get the benefit of.
It’s not very difficult to do and the ROI is well worth it. You will end up doing this at some point anyway, don’t wait too long.
Free advice because I love your Japanese gardens…
