"The Banquet Captain was there before every meeting to make sure everything was fine. The staff was friendly and fast in making changes when needed. The only comment I have is that Inn at Laurel Point should make an effort and try to convert Mike into a Montreal Canadian fan (this is a joke). Seriously he was very good and it was fun to talk hockey with him.
Other Hotel staff were also amazing. I was at the hotel bar a few nights and the bartender was very friendly and social. It was fun talking to him about hockey, food and Victoria. The front desk staff were also very good to me during my stay.
AV equipment and staff was excellent. Fast in providing us with the equipment we needed.
The meeting rooms were just amazing. The main room was really nice and updated, not the best fit for our 50 U-Shape but it’s very rare we find a perfect room for this type of set-up. The reception and lunch room was just perfect, the view and everything.
The guest rooms: My room was just phenomenal (I have used the word amazing too many times so I am trying to change it). I really like the view, all the modern stuff and those sliding doors to enter the bathroom. I did not hear any bad things about the rooms the entire week. The decorations in the hallway were also very unique and cool. Never seen anything like that in other hotels.
The food: The food was just excellent like really really good. Only good comments regarding the food, please share with the Chef." - Martin Tauvette

In particular we appreciated your efforts in helping us manager our off-site events, especially when it looked like we might have to cancel our harbour tour.
