Many thanks to you for your help throughout the planning time and the event.  I know I speak for Kathleen as well when I say it was tremendously valuable to have your advice and support.  But more importantly, we both immediately felt that we could trust you with this most important day, and you never let us down.
The celebration was a great success, and we received rave reviews about the food, venue and service from the guests.  Please pass my appreciation on to Denis, Demitri and their team.  I was particularly impressed with the friendly yet attentive and respectful servers and chefs.  Each of your co-workers clearly take personal pride in delivering an excellent service, and it set a beautiful tone for the event.  Our objective was to create an event where the people who have been special to Brian and Kathleen would feel both comfortable and honoured, and the "culture" at Inn at Laurel Point hit that target perfectly.
Kudos to the A/V man (Brian) for the setup and attention to the sound systems, especially for skillfully managing the microphone volume during the vows to just below feedback level so we could hear the bride and groom.  Having worked a soundboard at social events like this, I know how hard it is to do that job, and I was so glad it was he dealing with wind, seaplanes, and emotional speakers rather than me.
As the "client", there were so many (not so) little things that helped me to be comfortable.  Every time I was onsite someone was diligently shining those brass railings.   The hotel reception counter staff were always knowledgeable and personally committed to solving any problem I brought to them.  And the post-reception clean-up crew were as friendly and helpful at 1:00 AM, as the day crew were at 4:00 PM.  That was impressive!  I know there are many others in the organization who contributed but go unnoticed, because there is a feel to the place that I haven't felt in any other hotel I've been in.  I pray God blesses you with continued success.

Unbelievable! That is the best word I can find to describe how well your staff worked to produce an extraordinary event for my daughter and her husband. At every encounter, we were treated professionally and more importantly, the event managers came up with great ideas and saw things through. I am rarely compelled to write notes of appreciation. This has been an absolute pleasure. Thank you for creating an event of such magnitude, which contributed to my daughter's wedding day in such a way that she could only say…"it was better than I could have imagined."

We would like to thank you and your staff for the amazing job all of you did to make Jen and Jeff's wedding such a huge success. We had the time of our lives! All the preparation and planning that went into it was definitely worth it. Jen and Jeff were so appreciative that I'd do it again for them!

We can't thank you enough for all your hard work and terrific organizational skills that made their wedding so perfect. The Inn at Laurel Point was the ideal place to hold a wedding, it's so beautiful. All the staff working for the evening were wonderful, they couldn't do enough for us and it was appreciated. If I could thank each and every one of them personally, I would, but I'll leave that to you to do for us.

We have had such good feedback from all of our guests, everyone loved the location, the food, the set-up, the staff, the weather! Really, it was the fairytale wedding that Jen has always dreamed of. When Jeff first saw Jen walking down the isle in her princess gown, we all heard him exclaim "Wow!" He was absolutely overwhelmed and it was lovely to see.

Inn at Laurel Point's staff is incredibly committed to amazing customer service. Your commitment in having everyone, every person have a wonderful experience staying at your hotel. Show's in each staff member. You all have a unified commitment! That's so beautiful.
Why? The simple fact, that it is rare especially these days. You all work as a team, leaving your guests with such peace of mind. Combined energies at that level, your stay can only be serenity, with peace and ease. And you also created it on such a personal level. Like the sweet gesture of our wedding gift, certificates to our favorite restaurant, and to our local mall.

Ashley, you went out of your way to email or call my bridesmaids and find that information out. Then you got into action and ordered them, all the way from Victoria to Ontario! The feeling we had coming to our suite, on our wedding night and the way it was presented was stunning! Then to our surprise.... Wow Wow... So personal. Is all we can say. That level of service is rare in the world, you have nailed it!
That's what Justin and I felt, the bride and groom and so did all our guests.

 I can't believe it's already been over a week since the wedding, time travels to fast!

We had a really great time there and everyone loved the food, so be compliments to the culinary team there, and since we forgot to cut the cake it's wrapped tight in our freezer looking forward to being cut next year hahaha.  Thank you very much for the nice cards and the gifts to us, Benji loves his fire truck (already had to replace the batteries).  And thanks for having my room looking so special on our wedding night.

It's been so neat being on the guest side of things for Val & Kelly's wedding and hearing family and friends rave over the amazing service at Inn at Laurel Point! All the guests I've talked with have been completely impressed by the professionalism and high quality of service from every staff member that helped make Val & Kelly's day so amazing. From attentive servers keeping an eye on guests and bringing water out before the bar was in service, to helping with baby spit-up messes so guests could enjoy the speeches without distraction, to the friendly disposition that all the staff showed guests.

Thank you so much - and please extend this thanks on to the entire wedding and banquet staff at Inn at Laurel Point! I have no doubt Val's wedding was everything (and more!) that she'd dreamed of since we were little and I'm definitely looking forward to more weddings at Laurel Point in the future!
