Inn at Laurel Point is conducting some necessary roof and balcony work to our Erickson Wing until Summer 2022. Throughout the project work will be isolated to the Erickson Wing rooftop and balconies.
We don’t expect this project to be particularly noisy, however should there be any work that could be disruptive, our contractors have been advised that this must take place mid-day to help minimize guest impact.
For those guests staying in our Erickson Wing our team will work our hardest to ensure that your stay is impacted as minimally as possible.
Our Laurel Wing Guestrooms and public spaces are not part of the scope of this project and do not anticipate these areas will be affected by this work, either by noise or visually.
Throughout this renewal, our guests will still benefit from our exceptional customer service and beautifully appointed guestrooms.
