We named our café Duo, after our Founders, Paul & Artie Arsens, a dynamic pair in business and in life.

Paul and Artie were the brains, heart, and soul behind our one-of-a-kind hotel. The vision they had and the legacy they left is one that we are so proud to carry forward.
Dedicated to their employees, they established profit sharing in the earliest days of Paul’s Diner and always sought to appreciate and give back to the community and people who helped them build up their businesses.
With a historic list of cafés, hotels, and restaurants falling under the Arsens name, the duo’s profound appreciation for quality work and craftsmanship, and an everlasting affair with art and the beauty of nature – this new chapter in Inn at Laurel Point‘s story embodies all of these elements in a brand new space.
