Leading with a farm-to-table approach, the hotel grows vegetables and herbs in its kitchen garden. “We work as a team, and passionately discuss our menu and how to present it to our guests and visitors,” said Ken Nakano. “We harvest herbs and vegetables from our garden approximately 750 lbs. every year. Growing and harvesting food fosters our creativity throughout the culinary team,” Nakano adds.
