The hotel’s festive offering is being launched in the same week that Executive Chef Ken Nakano of Aura Waterfront Restaurant + Patio is officially inducted into the 2023 B.C. Restaurant Hall of Fame for his inclusive leadership style in team building and management. Throughout his 25 years of career, Executive Chef Ken Nakano has prioritized sustainability and supported local growers and producers. He now calls the Inn at Laurel Point home and is currently recruiting culinary professionals to join his team.
