In my opinion the best hotel in the city. You walk into what feels like an art gallery, the staff goes above and beyond, and the food is some of the best in town. Our room service dinner was the best I have ever had!

We were so excited to stay at this hotel for our 25th anniversary and it turned out even better than we could have imagined. The view our standard room had was phenomenal. We are able to watch float planes take off and land and ferries arrive. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. This hotel was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Fisherman’s Wharf, downtown, Chinatown, the Harbour.

The Inn at Laurel Point is exactly what you’d expect from a world class destination. It represents all the best customer service and hospitality Victoria is known for. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and you can bring your dog! Huge bonus 🙌🏼. Absolutely loved it.

We had an amazing stay here, the room and view were beautiful and it was a perfect location right on the water. Very pet friendly, the dogs had a great time too and they provided little dog beds, bowls and treats. The food at Aura was also delicious, we hope to be back soon 😊

Awesome location overlooking the water in downtown Victoria! The hotel boasts large rooms, with excellent amenities! There is a multi-use pathway by the water that you can use to run, walk or bike. First visit here, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Stayed here last weekend. Amazing service!! People at the front desk were super friendly, fast check in/out. Room service was very accommodating, thank you Dorothy! Great location, super clean hotel room, secure parking. Would absolutely come back. ❤ Also had unexpected visits from Daryl the seagull at our balcony. 😂 Great room view.
