Inn Room Dining is available for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Classic dishes served with Pacific Rim-inspired twists will delight the senses before a bite even enters your mouth. And then… wait for it… your taste buds do a happy dance!

Between 7:00am and 11:00am, Inn-Room dining serves dishes that’ll give you the energy you need to brave whatever yours brings.

Start off with a cup of coffee, a fresh-squeezed juice, or a lovely Metz Luxury Tea. Be surprised by the crispy hashbrowns accompanying the quintessential options of Eggs Benny, omelets, or our very own Point Breakfast. Enjoy a lighter meal with a classic continental spread or fruit plate. Even the usually humble steel cut oats will blow you away, thanks to the accompanying fruit compote, granola, and vanilla mascarpone. (We mentioned twists, didn’t we?)

From a wild BC salmon burger to hokkaido milk buns, enjoy fresh, thoughtfully prepared dishes delivered straight to your suite. Keep it light with a crisp salad, or a tofu & mushroom bowl. Or go all in with a hearty burger, steak frites, or seared wild pacific halibut that might just have you rethinking your dinner plans. And since no midday meal is complete without a little something sweet, we suggest rounding things off with a treat from our dessert menu – because a little indulgence never hurt anybody.

Start off the main event with a burrata cheese, black pepper + parmesan frites, or some leek fonduta arancini. Get your greens in with a new potato & snap pea salad, and then pick from a variety of enticing entrees that will leave you debating whether or not to book an extra night just so you can order your next-favourite option for dinner tomorrow. From smoked sockeye salmon to tagliatelle bolognese or an aura beef burger, we’ve got all of the usual bases covered.

Made Inn-house by our very talented pastry team, our dessert options are to die for. We’ve got your inn-made mignardise and daily sorbet. Our Inn-made ice cream is always a nice treat, or spoil your sweet tooth with pavlova.
