Offering complete privacy for groups looking to discuss sensitive or confidential information, our Merino Rooms are the perfect space for a private gathering. Made up of 3 sections (so you can have 1 large space, 3 small spaces), the Merino Rooms can seat up to 80 people. The room is also equipped with an 85″ mounted TV, ideal for presentations that the whole room can see.

Rogers Suite to the Rescue!
Located on the top floor, the Rogers Suite offers expansive views of Victoria’s Inner and Outer Harbour. Able to accommodate 30 people seated, with a private wraparound balcony to spill out onto. This suite was once a guest room, but became so popular for meetings & events we made it a permanent premium event space. The Rogers Suite is equipped with a 60″ wall-mounted TV, making the space perfect for presentations, slideshows or videos.

Flooded with natural light thanks to its floor to ceiling windows, our Terrace Ballroom offers stunning views of Victoria’s Outer Harbour. Overlooking our private gardens, the Terrace Ballroom has an outdoor tented & heated patio to enjoy. For presentations, we recommend reverse projectors as the ballroom is so filled with natural light (nice problem to have right?).

Say Hi to the Spirit Rooms!
Just across the hall from our Terrace Ballroom, are the Spirit Rooms. Often paired with the ballroom, the combination of the Spirit Room and Terrace Ballroom offers groups a space to meet in the Spirit Rooms and a space to network or dine in the Ballroom. The Spirit rooms’ floor to ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light and their blinds provide the option to obscure the view but still let some light in, helping to transform the space to accomodate screen based presentations. Adding to the versatility of the Spirit Rooms, are the 3 air walls that allow the space to be divided in several different ways. This could be 4 small rooms, 2 medium sized rooms, 1 room with 2 small rooms on either side, you get the idea! The Spirit Rooms have the space and the versatility to be whatever you need.
